We adore pets and welcome them to Hills at Hoover! We accept both cats and dogs at our Birmingham apartments. There are some breed and weight restrictions, and you’ll need to pay a pet fee and monthly pet rent for each pet you have. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment at Hills. Plus, we have a large, fenced dog park where your pups will enjoy running and playing off leash. You’ll also appreciate the pet stations we’ve placed throughout the community to keep things neat and tidy. If you have questions about your specific pets, reach out to the leasing office. With spacious lots in front of each residential building, we think you’ll find parking a breeze at Hills at Hoover. We allow residents up to two vehicles per apartment home, and we have spaces for your guests as well. We’ll provide you with your parking pass(es) once you’ve signed your lease.
