While walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, scheduling your tour ahead of time helps ensure a leasing consultant is ready to guide you through the community and answer your questions.

Make sure you bring your government-issued photo ID for your tour.

If you decide to apply after your tour, it would be helpful to bring the following documents and information:

• Proof of Income: Your last 2–3 pay stubs, an employment offer letter or verification, or recent bank statements if self-employed
• Rental History: Previous addresses and landlord contact information
• References: Personal or professional, if requested
• Social Security Number: Or ITIN for a credit/background check
• Payment Method: For application and administrative fees
• Pet Records: Vaccination status, breed, and weight information
• Co-Signer Information: If applicable (ID and income details)
• Vehicle Information: License plate and make/model for parking

Most tours last 20–30 minutes, depending on how much of the community you’d like to see and any questions you may have during your visit.

Whenever possible, we’re happy to show the exact apartment you’re interested in. However, if that home is still occupied or not yet ready to tour, we may show you a similar home with the same layout so you can get a clear sense of the space and features. Your leasing consultant will always explain any differences you may notice.

Absolutely. Many visitors tour the community early in their search to get a better understanding of layouts, pricing, and neighborhood options before making a decision.
